When will I receive my order?
Processing and shipping times may vary depending on the garment purchased. An estimated delivery date will be provided at the end of the checkout process, based on your location and the product selected.
Where will my order be shipped from?
We work with a print-on-demand company with fulfillment centers located around the world. Your order will be produced and shipped from the center closest to your final delivery address.
Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?
International orders may be subject to additional customs fees. These fees are not under our control—they are determined by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local authorities for more details.
My order should have arrived by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by doing the following:
Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no mistakes in your shipping address.
Ask about your order at your local post office.
Ask your neighbors if the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Avoid theft. If you know you won’t be home for delivery, use your work address or another address where you’ll be present.
If the address was correct and the package is not at the post office or with your neighbors, contact us at wewearlemons@gmail.com
with your order number. If there was a problem with your shipping address, we may resend your product, but you will be responsible for the costs.
Pro tip: Your postal code is a crucial part of your address. Be sure to enter it correctly.

How are the products made?
We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper with production and logistics centers worldwide. Your orders are printed and shipped from the facility closest to your customers’ address.
How can I track my order?

I received a wrong or damaged product. What should I do?

within one week of delivery with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have. We’ll get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!
