These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the distance-selling relationship between **WE WEAR LEMONS SL** and the user or customer, in accordance with current legislation, in particular: Law 7/1998 of April 13 on General Contracting Conditions; Law 3/2014 of March 27 amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users; Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights; the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679; Law 7/1996 of January 15 on Retail Trade Regulation; and Law 34/2002 of July 11 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
WE WEAR LEMONS SL reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to these General Terms and Conditions. Such modifications may be made through its websites by any legally admissible means and shall be binding for as long as they are published on the site until validly replaced by subsequent ones. Notwithstanding the foregoing, WE WEAR LEMONS SL reserves the right, in certain cases, to apply Specific Contracting Conditions in preference to these General Terms and Conditions when it deems appropriate, announcing them in due time and form.
The purpose of the website is the marketing of clothing and accessories.
The duration of the contract will be linked to delivery of the product, without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.
As a user or customer, you expressly declare that you know, understand, and accept the terms of use and these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The products offered in our online store include a photograph and the basic characteristics of the products, which is the information provided by the manufacturer. The color of the product as shown in the photograph is not binding. The product color is identified in its characteristics.
### Warranties
All products offered on the website are covered by the supplier’s sales warranty. ### Prices
All products show the sales price in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
If any other tax applies, it will also be indicated (IGIC – Canary Islands General Indirect Tax – or IPSI – Production, Services, and Import Tax for Ceuta and Melilla).
### Shipping and Transportation Costs
WE WEAR LEMONS SL ships orders charging a fee of €3.90 within Spain, €8.90 within Europe, and €12 for international destinations as shipping costs.
For orders over €100, shipping within Spain will be free of charge.
### Payment Methods
You may pay for your order using any of the following methods. You must indicate which one you choose during the purchase process:
**VISA or MASTERCARD credit card**
All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out in a secure environment on a server based on standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All information you send us is encrypted for its transit across the Web.

When paying with VISA or MASTERCARD, you will always be asked for the following information: card number, expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, which provides an additional guarantee for transaction security.
This payment method is valid only on the website.
When the amount of a purchase has been charged fraudulently or improperly using a payment card number, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such case, the corresponding debit and credit entries will be made as soon as possible in the accounts of the provider and the cardholder.
However, if the purchase was actually made by the cardholder and the request for a refund was not the result of exercising the right of withdrawal and, therefore, the cardholder has improperly demanded the cancellation of the charge, the cardholder will be liable to WE WEAR LEMONS SL for compensation for damages caused as a result of the cancellation.
Currency-exchange expenses and bank fees will be borne by the customer.
**Direct Debit**
If you are already a customer and this is not your first purchase, you can select this payment option and WE WEAR LEMONS SL will charge the amount to the account number you have provided for this purpose.
PayPal

Service Provision
Delivery times may vary depending on the garment purchased. An estimated delivery date will be provided at the end of the purchase process.
The availability of the products offered by WE WEAR LEMONS SL may vary depending on customer demand. Although WE WEAR LEMONS SL updates stock periodically, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that time. If it is not possible to supply the product due to lack of availability, WE WEAR LEMONS SL will notify the customer by email as soon as it becomes aware of this situation. In no case will the period for sending this notice exceed a maximum of 30 days. WE WEAR LEMONS SL may offer two options: supply the customer with a product of similar characteristics or higher quality at the same price or—subject to justified causes that can be evidenced by WE WEAR LEMONS SL—refund the amounts paid for the canceled order within the same period.
Returns
The customer must return or deliver the product directly to WE WEAR LEMONS SL via the corresponding link, and in any case within a maximum period of **thirty calendar days** from the date of purchase. The deadline for returns will be deemed met if the customer returns the product before the deadline expires.
The customer will bear the cost of the return.
Refunds
Amounts paid by the customer will be refunded using the same payment method used by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
WE WEAR LEMONS SL will refund the amounts paid by the customer within **30 calendar days** from the date of receipt of the right of withdrawal.
Return of Defective Products
If the product is not in good condition for reasons not attributable to the customer, the customer will be entitled to return the product, informing WE WEAR LEMONS SL of the reason for the return by any of the means provided in these contracting conditions, at no cost to the customer. Returns made for defective or damaged products will not be considered an exercise of the right of withdrawal.
WE WEAR LEMONS SL undertakes to cover the cost of the return and to replace the product with a new one under the terms accepted at the time of sale.

Jurisdiction
WE WEAR LEMONS SL also reserves the right to bring any civil or criminal actions it deems appropriate for the improper use of its website and contents or for non-compliance with these conditions.
The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the current and applicable regulations in Spain. In case of disagreement between the parties, they may submit their conflicts to arbitration or go to ordinary jurisdiction, in accordance with the applicable rules on judicial competence. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
